Littlehampton switches its lights on across a single afternoon and evening on the High Street, with entertainment and stalls from local traders running alongside the late-night shopping. Like every switch-on, it is a one-day event: turn up on the wrong Saturday and there is nothing to see. Free to attend, and geared squarely at families rather than shoppers.
